Pickup Form

  • We offer FREE curbside pickup for donations that qualify (includes residential curbside, garage, and condo/building loading bays).

    If you prefer an in-home main floor pickup, a service fee applies based on the number of approved items:

    • 3 items or less: $150
    • 4 to 7 items: $300
    • 8 or more items: $450

    What we offer:

    • Friendly team of drivers will pick up your donation for a fee.
    • Items can be picked up from the main floor of your home, outside the front of your home or in your garage.
    • For Condos/Buildings, items will be picked up from the loading bay. Please have all items stagged at the loading bay prior to our arrival.
    • Tax receipt for the assessed value of your items.

    All items must be placed on a solid, stable surface, with easy access for our drivers. Items retrieved from condos should be in a loading bay.

    Our drivers have the right to refuse any work that is deemed unsafe.

    To keep this service viable for the community, donation items need to be good quality and in working condition. Due to the high number of pickup requests we receive, unfortunately, not all donations will qualify for our pickup service. We will let you know if we are able to pickup your donations after we review your submission.
